The creation of the \u201cCounty population health profile\u201d, based on an existing model in Norway, involves the use of a set of relevant indicators for assessing health status. The experts of the National Institute of Public Health together with those of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and the World Health Organization will establish the set of indicators. In order to achieve the health profile of the county population, in order to collect and analyze data at county level, an IT solution will be developed, the necessary equipment will be purchased and the model will be piloted in a county that will be selected according to existing capacity. implementation at the local level.
