Thus, the project will seek to achieve, as far as possible, the overall goal of achieving universal access to health care and reducing social inequalities in health with a focus on the health status of the vulnerable population (including the population of Rome).<\/p>\n<p>The present project builds on previous projects developed under the EN 19 initiatives in public health in the Norwegian grant program 2009-2014, improving the tools and capacity at the level of primary care (including community care), providing a model to be adopted by the Romanian Government for national expansion.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.3&#8243;
